answer : Yes, I worked at Cozy Corner ( 3k + members ) as a Discord staff member, where I used to moderate chats, handle staff reports, and ensure daily activity and proper behavior in the server. I also worked on Storm SMP as a moderator, where I helped enforce rules and assisted players in-game. -
How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?
answer: I would stay calm and let them explain their issue first. Even if they are angry, I would try not to take it personally and just understand what went wrong. After that, I’d respond politely and try to solve the problem fairly using the server rules. If I can’t handle it myself, I’d ask a higher staff member for help -
How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?
answer : I would first ask them what exactly they are confused about and try to understand their problem. Then I would explain it step by step in a simple way so they can easily follow. If they still don’t understand, I would repeat it in a more clear or detailed way until they are comfortable -
Why do you want to become a Support Staff member?
answer : I want to become a Support Staff member because I enjoy helping players and solving their problems. I like being active in a community, answering questions, and making sure everyone has a good experience on the server. I also want to improve my moderation and communication skills while contributing to the server -

answer : Yes, I can stay calm and professional even in difficult situations. I try not to react emotionally and instead focus on understanding the problem and finding a proper solution according to the rules, If I ever accidentally react in the wrong way, I will apologize for my mistake. -
What do you believe makes a good Support Staff member?
answer : A good Support Staff member is someone who is calm, patient, and helpful. They should be able to understand players’ problems, communicate clearly, and solve issues fairly according to the rules. Being active, responsible, and respectful towards everyone is also very important. -
Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?
answer : Yes, I also have some experience with Discord development. I enjoy working with server setup, automod systems, and logs to make the server more organized and advanced. I like improving server systems and making things smoother for both staff and players
