How active are you per day/week?

- I am active for around 4–8 hours per day, depending on school and personal responsibilities. I check Discord frequently and can respond to support requests throughout the day. I am active almost every day of the week.

Do you have previous support or moderation experience? If yes, where?

- Yes. I have experience managing my own Minecraft communities and Discord servers, where I handled player questions, organized channels, assisted members, and helped resolve issues. While I am always learning, I have gained valuable experience communicating with players and maintaining a positive environment.

How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

- I would remain calm, respectful, and professional. I would listen carefully to their concern, avoid arguing, and try to understand the problem before providing the best possible solution. If I am unable to resolve the issue myself, I would escalate it to a higher staff member instead of giving incorrect information.

How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

- I would explain everything step by step using clear and simple language. If needed, I would provide screenshots, examples, or direct them to the appropriate guides or documentation to make sure they fully understand.

Why do you want to become a Support Staff member?

- I enjoy helping people and contributing to the community. I want to make AstralMC a welcoming place where players receive quick and friendly assistance. Becoming a Support Staff member would allow me to give back to the server while improving my communication and teamwork skills.
