 Yes i have a little bit experience in the staff role in few servers and i take it as a duty and as a passion not as a joke

 I would try to make him calm and i myself will stay calm because i have handled many rude users by giving them respect and they just get humbled

 I would help him with all the info i have of the topic if i have ledd info for that topic then ill get help from the senior staff and then ill try to help him as fast as possible bcs i have faced this issue in this server where i havent recieved reply for a whole week of ticket created so i hope to respond to ghose who gets ignored by other staff and to help everyone i can

 Bcs i have seen the issue of getting ignored by staff and i hope that no one else ever face that problem if i get this role
