I don't have much formal moderation experience, but I have good knowledge of Discord, including bots, commands, permissions, and basic server management. I am also willing to learn more about moderation.

I would stay calm and listen to their problem first. I would try to understand the situation and help them without arguing.

I would ask them to stop and give a warning. If they continue, I would take the appropriate action according to the server rules.

11. Two members are arguing and insulting each other. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask both members to stop and calm down. I would check what happened and take action fairly if they broke any rules.

I would report it privately to a higher-ranking staff member instead of ignoring it.

I want to become a staff member because I like helping people and being part of the community. I also want to help keep the server friendly and organized.

I would explain it step-by-step in simple words. If I didn't know the answer, I would ask another staff member for help.
