How active are you per day/week? I am active 2 hours a day/ 20 hours a week.

Do you have previous support or moderation experience? If yes, where? I have experience as both a Support Staff Member on FakePixel and as a Moderator from Sword.rip as well as Bridgerland (both of which include my above-mentioned responsibilities). All of those experiences taught me how to take care of users who report things, solve user issues, and manage the community with a focus on maintaining a friendly place for everyone to interact.

How would you handle an angry or frustrated user? I would try to listen to what the user has to say. After the user has explained their situation I would try to find a solution that benefits me and the user by trying to find the most suitable way to solve their problem.

How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process? I will listen attentively to help me identify and understand the customer's problem before providing an explanation of the service or procedure to them, making it easier for them to picture the process. I will encourage the customer to ask as many questions as they need and will answer all their questions until they are confident that they are clear on what I've said to them at the conclusion of the call, at which point I won't continue answering questions beyond that point. If I don't have the answer to a question the customer asks, I will wait until after the call before checking with someone in the office to verify the answer for them so they receive accurate information.

Why do you want to become a Support Staff member? I wish to join the Support Staff to help others and create positive experiences for users. I've gained patience, communication and professionalism through past staff experience on Sword.rip, Bridgerland and FakePixel, which will enable me to use these skills to assist users, solve problems and help the community build a positive, supportive environment.

Are you able to stay calm and professional during difficult situations? I am able to, I've been working on that area a lot recently.

What do you believe makes a good Support Staff member? I have previous staff experience, I make myself available when needed. I am kind respectful and positive and non bias.

Is there anything else you would like us to know about you? Sure why not. I am currently studying about computers my passion is becoming a pilot and I haven't been playing the server for that long.
