- per day = 5-6 hours

- I had worked on small servers like my friends servers , or i had also hosted my own servers too , although those servers were not that big 

5. How would you handle an   angry or frustrated user?

- First i will try to understand   what the problem is and then try to resolve the problem and warn the frusted user if he/she misbehaves with players or other staff too , and if he/she still dont stop then i will try to ban him/her from the server , 

6. How would you assist a user   who is confused about a   service or process?

- First i will listen carefully to their question and explain the service in a simple way and guide them step by step so that they can understand the process if i am not sure about i would ask a senior to give the information instead of giving incorrect information 

7. Why do you want to become   a Support Staff member?

- i want to become a staff member because i enjoy helping players and making the server good for all players , and i had already done this thing many times in the server by providing them information about server mechanism and what things are added or not , also another reason is that i wants to support the server to grow by giving my efforts to game

9. Are you able to stay calm   and  professional during     difficult situations?

- Yes , i can stay calm and professional during difficult situations , i will try my best to handle this kind of situation as i know that sometimes player can be frustrated . i will always try to handle situations respectfully and according to the server rules

- a good support staff member should be patient, respectful, active, responsible and willing to help others

- i am a dedicated player who enjoys being part of communities and helping others , i am willing to learn from experienced staff members, improve my skills, and contribute positively to the server whenever possible
