I am active for around 4-6 hours per day on average . I am available most days of the week and can respond to tickets, questions, and reports when needed.

 

4. Do you have previous support or moderation experience? If yes, where?

 

Yes. I have previous staff experience in multiple communities. I was an Admin in a Minecraft server, where I helped manage players, resolve issues, enforce rules, and assist with day-to-day server operations. I was also the Head Helper in a Discord server with over 14,000 members, where I supervised support activities, assisted users with their questions, handled reports, and helped maintain a positive and organized community environment.

 

5. How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

 

I would remain calm, professional, and respectful regardless of the user's attitude. First, I would listen carefully to their concerns and try to understand why they are frustrated. I would acknowledge the issue, explain any relevant rules or information clearly, and work toward a solution whenever possible.From my experience I understand that many users simply want to be heard. I would avoid arguing or responding emotionally, and if the situation became more serious, I would involve higher ranking staff members while ensuring the conversation remains respectful and productive. My goal would always be to resolve the issue while maintaining a positive experience for both the user and the community.

 

6. How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

 

I would explain the service or process in a simple, step-by-step way and make sure the user understands each part. If they're still confused, I'd provide examples or direct them to helpful guides. I would remain patient, friendly, and answer any follow-up questions they have. 

 

7. Why do you want to become a Support Staff member?

 

I want to become a Support Staff member because I enjoy helping players and contributing to the community. Astral MC has an active and growing player base, and I would like to help ensure everyone has a positive experience. With my previous experience in discord server, I believe I can provide helpful, professional, and reliable support to both new and experienced players.

Yes. I understand that staff members represent the server, so I always try to stay calm, respectful, and professional when dealing with difficult situations , without letting emotions affect my judgment.

 

10. What do you believe makes a good Support Staff member?

 

A good Support Staff member is patient, respectful, active, and willing to help others. They should communicate clearly, stay professional in all situations, follow the rules, and work well with both players and other staff members. Most importantly, they should be approachable and focused on providing the best possible support.

 

11. Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?

 

I have experience working in both Minecraft and Discord communities . I am comfortable handling support requests, resolving conflicts, and working as part of a staff team. I also appreciate the effort that has gone into Astral MC. The server's community, development, and vision for its SkyBlock experience are some of the reasons I am interested in joining the staff team. If given the opportunity, I will do my best to represent the server professionally and assist players whenever needed.
