Yes, I have previous staff experience. I worked at SkyPixel (1k members) as a Helper for 1 year on a Bedrock server. I also worked at LeftyPvP (3k Discord members) as a Developer for 2 seasons, almost 1 year. Additionally, I worked at Aeromc RPG World (300 members) for 1 year as Admin

5. How would you handle a toxic or rule-breaking player?

 I would stay calm and first warn the player about what they are doing wrong. If they continue breaking rules or being toxic, I would mute, kick, or punish them depending on the situation and server rules. I would also try to keep chat peaceful and avoid arguing with the player.

6. How would you help a confused or new player?

 I would help them by explaining things clearly and making sure they understand how the server works. If they are confused about commands, gameplay, or features, I would guide them step by step instead of just giving short answers. I would also try to make them feel welcomed so they have a good first experience on the server.

7. Why do you want to become a Helper for Astral MC?

 I want to become a Helper for Astral MC because it is a new and growing server, and I would like to be part of its journey from the beginning. I want to help the server grow, support the community, and contribute in any way I can. It would also be great to become a core member of the staff team as the server becomes bigger in the future

 Yes, I am able to stay calm and professional during difficult situations. From my previous staff experience, I have handled different types of players and situations. I always focus on understanding the issue first and then dealing with it fairly according to the rules.

10. Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?

Currently, I am not working on any server but I am a member of MyEliteStudio where I work on config and plugin development. I have been in Minecraft for 6 years and in coding for 3 years. I can bring active support, help manage players, and contribute to improving the server experience through my technical knowledge. I am always looking to improve my skills and I would like to work in this server and contribute on the  growth.
