A user is spamming in multiple channels. What would you do- first of all, I would give timeout and mute based on the spam type so he cant spam more in the multiple channels, then I would contact senior staffs

Two members are arguing and insulting each other. How would you resolve the situation-I would listen to both of them, then I will take the decision, who is majority and who is minority
