Yes I have worked with FNX Network and I was also accepted as staff at Fire MC I have experience helping players handling support requests and assisting community members

How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

I would stay calm listen to their issue carefully and try to understand the problem I would explain things clearly and do my best to solve the issue

How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

I would explain everything step by step in simple words and make sure they understand before moving forward

I enjoy helping people and being part of a community I want to use my experience to help users and make the community better
