How active are you per day/week?

I’m active around 3–4 hours daily on Discord, which is roughly 14–16 hours a week. I’m usually consistent with my activity and available to help whenever needed
Do you have previous moderation experience? If yes, where?

Yes, I worked at Cozy Corner as a Discord staff member, where I used to moderate chats, handle staff reports, and ensure daily activity and proper behavior in the server. I also worked on Storm SMP as a moderator, where I helped enforce rules and assisted players in-game.
How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

I would stay calm and let them explain what’s wrong without interrupting. I would try to understand their issue properly and respond politely instead of reacting emotionally. Then I would help them solve the problem according to the server rules, and if I can’t handle it myself, I would ask a higher staff member for help.
How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

I would first ask them what exactly they are confused about so I can understand the issue properly. Then I would explain it step by step in a simple way so it’s easy for them to follow. If they still don’t understand, I would re-explain it in an easier way or give examples until they are clear
Why do you want to become a Discord Staff member?

I want to become a Discord Staff member because I’m very active and I like helping and chatting with people. I also have experience moderating chats and keeping things clean without abuse. I regularly check activity and logs to make sure no one is breaking rules or doing anything wrong. I enjoy maintaining a friendly and safe environment on the server

Yes, I can stay calm and handle situations professionally. i don’t react in anger and try to understand the problem properly first. I focus on solving the issue fairly, and if I ever make a mistake, I’m willing to admit it and correct it, and if i made any mistake i would apologize.
What do you believe makes a good Discord Staff member?

A good Discord Staff member is someone who is active, calm, and helpful. They should be able to handle situations fairly, follow the rules properly, and communicate clearly with members. Being patient, responsible, and consistent in activity also makes a staff member reliable
Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?

Yes, I also have some experience with Discord development. I enjoy working with server setup, automod systems, and logs to make the server more organized and advanced. I like improving server systems and making things smoother for both staff and players.
