I have extensive prior experience of moderation and administration across various communities.
• Fakepixel Network – Junior Helper – Supplying support, payments to players, answering questions, assisting staff, moderating servers, enforcing server rules, etc.
• Fakepixel Network – Support Staff – Addressing player disputes, processing report tickets, handling staff accountability, supporting ticket reviews, assisting with player mediation, etc.
• LegitPixel – Administrator – Overseeing staff, managing moderation cases and moderating action, community management, and server management.
• Discord Manager At Legitpixel – An active Discord community manager, and staff supervisor. Also handled and processed community support tickets, managed information and helped maintain a structured and active community.
• Assisted Idol and Baldkitty in community management, staff coordination and community day-to-day management.
Through the experiences regarding moderation, conflict resolution, and customer support, I believe I have developed sufficient skills and experience for this opportunity relating to community engagement.

How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?
I will remain calm and professional when a user is angry or frustrated and avoid escalating the situation. I will listen to their concerns, let them tell their side of the story, and ensure they feel heard.
If it was another player or staff member, I would hear both sides, find any evidence or proof that was available from everyone involved and look at the facts without any bias. I would base my decision on the evidence provided and the rules and policies of the server rather than making assumptions.
My goal would be to deal with the problem in a fair, respectful and professional manner making sure that all people involved are treated equally. -
How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?
If a user is confused about a service or process I would take the time to figure out what they’re having trouble with and explain it in a simple and easy to understand way. I would answer any questions that they may have, clarify any doubts, and personally walk them through the process, step by step, until they get it. My aim would be to ensure that they feel supported and leave knowing exactly what it is they need to do. -
Why do you want to become a Discord Staff member?
I want to be a Discord Staff member because the server is growing and has a lot of potential. I have a lot of experience with moderation, management, and helping community members so I thought I could be a positive addition to the server.
I like to help people, solve problems, and keep the community a friendly, organized place. I have experience from previous staff positions and I think I can use those skills to help not only the members but the staff team as well while helping the server to continue to grow.

A good discord I think A staff member is a professional, active, fair and patient person. They must be trained to handle questions and situations with composure, even when people are angry or upset and to support community members -
