I would first calmly warn the player and ask them to stop. If they continue breaking the rules, I would take proper action according to the server rules. For hackers, I would collect proof if needed and take immediate action.

I would politely guide them, answer their questions, and help them understand the server so they can enjoy playing comfortably.
