I am active daily and can give a good amount of time per day. I am usually online for a 4-5 hours everyday and even more on weekends, so I will always be around when needed.
4. Do you have previous staff experience? If yes, where?
Yes, I have a ton of staff experience. I have worked in servers like Funpixel and have been discord staff in many servers like Realmaxtreals and Dreamplayzzzz. I also worked at Fakepixel as giveaway staff, so I have handled moderation, community management and events which gives me a good idea of how things work.
5. How would you handle a toxic or rule-breaking player?
I would stay calm and first give them a warning and let them know what they did wrong. If they continue, I would mute or report them based on how serious it is. I always make sure to follow the server rules and not let personal feelings get in the way.
6. How would you help a confused or new player?
I would approach them in a friendly way and guide them step by step. I would point them to the right channels and explain how the server works and make sure they feel welcome, because a good first experience makes them want to stay.
7. Why do you want to become a Helper for Astral MC?
I want to become a helper because I genuinely enjoy helping people and being useful in a community I am part of. Astral MC has a good community and I want to contribute to keeping it that way and help it grow. I feel like this role is something I will take seriously and enjoy at the same time.

9. Are you able to stay calm and professional during difficult situations?
Yes, I am able to stay calm even in tough situations. I don't take things personally and I don't escalate unnecessarily. I always try to handle things in a fair and professional way no matter how difficult the situation is.
10. Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?
I have worked in many servers in different roles like moderation, discord management and giveaway handling, so I am not new to this. I know how to handle different kinds of situations and I always try to give my best. I am also open to feedback and will adapt to however Astral MC does things.
