Yes. I have previous staff experience in Astral MC, Zenith MC, Ascent, and Ply MC. Through these roles, I gained experience handling player issues, enforcing rules, assisting users, and working as part of a staff team.
How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?
I would remain calm and respectful while listening to their concerns. I would try to understand the situation, explain any relevant rules or information clearly, and do my best to help resolve the issue. Even if a problem cannot be solved immediately, I would ensure the user feels heard and treated fairly.
How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?
I would explain the process in a clear and simple way, providing any necessary guides, rules, or instructions. If they are still confused, I would patiently reexplain it step by step until they fully understand.
Why do you want to become a Helper in Astral MC?
I want to become a Helper because I enjoy assisting players and contributing to the community. Having previously been involved with staff teams, I know the importance of being active, responsible, and approachable. I would like to support both the players and the staff team while helping make Astral MC a better experience for everyone.

Yes. I always try to stay calm, professional, and respectful, regardless of the situation. I understand that staff members represent the server and should handle problems maturely while following the rules.
What do you believe makes a good HELPER IN ASTRAL MC?
A good HELPER is active, patient, knowledgeable, and fair. They should understand both server and staff rules, communicate effectively with players, remain calm under pressure, and always be willing to help others and have a greater knowledge on the server stuff that i have as i have been playing sb for a very long time.

I am dedicated, active, and eager to contribute to the server. I have previous staff experience and understand the responsibilities that come with the role. If given another opportunity, I will work hard to prove myself and be a valuable member of the Astral MC staff team.
