   I'd stay calm, listen to their concerns, and do my best to help resolve the issue respectfully.

   I'd warn them first, and if they continue, I'd take action according to the server rules.

   I'd step in, calm the situation, remind them of the rules, and take action if necessary.

   I'd report it to higher staff members and provide proper evidence.

While we appreciate your previous experience on FireMC, your application does not currently meet our requirements for the following reasons:

• Inactivity: Our requirements explicitly state that applicants must be active in both the Discord server and community. Although you mentioned being available 5–7 hours a day, our records show you have zero messages sent in our Discord server. We require our staff members to have an established, visible presence before joining the team.

• Brief Responses: Your answers to the situational questions (such as handling spammers and resolving arguments) lacked depth. We look for highly detailed responses that show exactly how you would de-escalate situations.

As per our policies, you may reapply after 3 weeks (21 days) from today, provided you have significantly increased your activity within the server.
