I have moderated servers before and possess a variety of useful skills in regard to the activity of servers, dealing with community and staff problems, and also managing reports.

And you can see that I have worked at a lot of big servers, which has helped me gain experience in many vital roles!

How would you help a confused or new player?

To help a confused or new player, I would first ask what they need help with, after which I would be able to clearly explain everything that the player needs to know while also answering additional questions they may have, making sure they know what it is by doing it in a way that can easily be remembered.

How would you handle a toxic or rule-breaking player?

The first thing I would do is understand what's happening. Once I have the full situation under control and have enough evidence, I would address the player calmly, stating that they are breaking a rule and allowing them to correct their behavior or giving warnings, mutes, bans, etc. if not rectified.

Why do you want to become a helper for Astral MC?

I would like to join Astral MC as a helper so I can be a part of it and help people who need it, and I have skills from staff positions that will allow me to effectively contribute to the server. I also believe I am able to treat players fairly and respectfully.

- I do not allow personal thoughts about either player's opinions and attempt to remain objective in all the circumstances: I will hear what players will have to say, together with any evidence. I am striving to find the best possible answer as a result.
