Around 3–6 hours per day on weekdays and 6–8 hours on weekends, averaging roughly 20–25 hours per week.

Yes. I served as a Moderator on Void MC and also managed and moderated my own server. Through these roles, I gained hands-on experience handling player reports, moderating chat, managing support tickets, resolving disputes, and enforcing server rules fairly and consistently.

6. How would you handle a toxic or rule-breaking player?

Assess and Document: Quickly assess the situation and collect evidence (chat screenshots or logs).

De-escalate & Warn: For minor offenses (spam, mild toxicity), issue a calm, firm warning citing the specific rule.

Punish Appropriately: If the behavior persists or breaks zero-tolerance rules (hate speech, advertising, severe harassment), apply the designated punishment according to staff guidelines (e.g., mute or kick).

Escalate if Needed: Forward higher-tier offenses requiring bans or rollbacks to senior staff alongside documented evidence, avoiding public arguments in chat.

Greet them warmly and patiently ask what they need assistance with.

Provide direct, clear instructions along with essential commands (e.g., /island or /is, /warp, /hub).

Offer to guide them in-game through trickier mechanics (such as bazaar or areas) or point them to the relevant Discord/server guides.

Check back in after a few minutes to ensure they are settled in and having a good experience.

I enjoy the Astral MC community and want to help keep the server active, welcoming, and toxic-free. With my previous moderation experience, I can step in immediately to answer questions, handle day-to-day chat issues, and take pressure off the senior staff team.
