4.Yes I have previous staff experience on a community server called Fire MC
5.I would be stay completely calm and professional. first i gave him a small warning in the chat to remind them server rules if they dont stop i take (screenshot) of his rude behavior or rule breaking then i apply for a mute/bann according to Server rules and policy
6.I warmly welcome new players on to the server and i make sure that they fell comfortable after that i help him step by step what he/she want and how and where he get it or i tell him to use server command like /help or /rules for any type of confusion
7.Like i want a new community to connect with. i enjoy talking to new people and help them if they want i make the community simple and safe for every one i want to become a trusted staff member that players and upper management can trust
8.My time zone is (GMT+5) its the time zone of pakistan
9.Yes i understand that becoming a helper mean deal with frustrating and difficult players some time i donot take things personally thats why i stay calm no matter what situation comes i can handel with any type of situation
10.Like i am really dedicated when i get role like this Since i am online a ton on weekends around 4 to 5 hours and on normal days 2 to 3 hours or more i can cover the time when other staff was offline or busy on a new feature or update or anything like this. i am very excited to hopefully join the team.
