No I didn't have a previous staff experience but I am actively playing at Fakepixel server for past 3 years and I know all the rules and regulations and also I am very eager to Learn from this opportunity.
How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?
I would remain calm and would warn the player once on his toxic act and if this behavior continues than I'll take a legal action according to the server rules. I would rather resolve the issue fairly while mainting a positive environment.
How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?
Confused players are always welcoming. I'll guide thought them a whole server features, Rules and regulations while mainting a friendly communication.
Why do you want to become a Support Staff member?
I want to become a Support staff because I love helping people and I focus on maintaining server growth and success. I'll also support the staff team in keeping the server enjoyable.

Yes I will remain calm and professional during stressful situations and more over I'll able to handle conflicts and player dispute without any emotional engagement.

I believe I would make a good Support Staff member because I am active, patient, and always willing to help others. Even though I do not have previous staff experience, I have been playing on Fakepixel for the past 3 years and have a strong understanding of the server's rules and community.

Yes, I am a very active player and dedicated to my work. Although I don't have prior staff experience but I am eager to prove my self and carry out my duties. I'll work hard to support the community and be a reliable Support staff for Astral.
