I am 18 years old.

 

3. How active are you per day/week?

I am active for around 4–6 hours daily and can be available throughout most of the week. I regularly check Discord and respond to users whenever needed.

 

4. Do you have previous support or moderation experience? If yes, where?

Yes, I have previous support and moderation experience on Shypon MC. During my time there, I assisted players with their questions, helped resolve issues, and ensured that the community remained friendly and organized.

 

5. How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

I would remain calm and professional, listen carefully to their concerns, and try to understand the root of the problem. I would explain possible solutions clearly and respectfully while following the server's guidelines. My goal would be to resolve the situation without creating further conflict.

 

6. How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

I would explain the process step by step in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. If necessary, I would provide examples, screenshots, or additional guidance to ensure the user fully understands and can complete the process successfully.

 

7. Why do you want to become a Support Staff member?

I want to become a Support Staff member because I enjoy helping people and contributing to the community. I believe that providing good support improves the overall experience for users, and I would like to use my time and skills to assist others whenever they need help.
