i haven't been staff in any server except for now i am ingame BetaTester where i realized i could contribute for server as discord staff too.

i dont have moderation experience. However, i have well observed and experienced moderating minecraft servers and in discord.
9)How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?
i would be calm and try to understand about his reason and will try to resolve personally while keeping in mind about rules.
10)A user is spamming in multiple channels. What would you do?
I would warn the user calmly, remove the spam where necessary, and if they continue,i would mute according to the server rules.
11)Two members are arguing and insulting each other. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask both members to stop, Try to separate the argument if needed, remind them of the rules, and take appropriate action if they dont stop.
12)What would you do if another staff member broke the rules?
I would respectfully remind them about the rule they broke. If they don't correct it or it's a serious issue, I would report it to senior staff and let them handle the final decision
13)Why do you want to become a staff member?
I want to contribute to the server by helping players, resolving issues professionally, and creating a friendly and enjoyable environment for everyone.
14)How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?
i would explain in detail but simple way so user can get rid of confusion and then try to end conversation.

i am involved in BetaTesters staff team since few weeks.

i am on currently vacation now for 30d so 10hr+ a day on nonvacation 6hr+
6-Do you have previous testing experience? If yes, where?
While I have not held an official Beta Tester role before, I have experience finding and reporting bugs on AstralMC discord through tickets. I have reported over 20-30 major/minor bugs. including a major bank money duplication bug that was confirmed by the owner Rigsoul as reward gamebreaker.
7-How would you report a bug that you found?
i will report wherever instructed to report like discord channel.

i have reported 20+ bugs recently and many more before from discord support channel which can be confirmed through active ticket ID:#251
9-Provide links or proof of at least 2 major bugs that were previously unidentified and confirmed by the Development Team.
i have reported major bug was bank money dupe for which i got gamebreaker from owner Rigsoul also for reporting bunch of bugs i have been promised to get another gamebreaker from owner coderis(ign 56__)
10-Why do you want to become a Beta Tester for Astral MC?
I want to become a Beta Tester because I enjoy finding bugs and helping improve the server before features are released.Also i have good knoledge about hypixel as well as 2year+ of plying experience in fakepixel with thousands hours+ playtime.now i want to do something special as well as support AstralMC.
11-Are you comfortable testing unfinished features?
Yes, i am comfortable testing those and it will be fun.
12-What makes you a good Beta Tester?
I’m patient, can notice to detail, and enjoy thoroughly testing features. I look for bugs, exploits. then provide clear reports with steps to reproduce them so they can be fixed efficiently. as well as playtime experience for knoledge about game across servers like fakepixel(2397 hr and 17min) AstralMC(135 hr+ ) and minor playtime on other servers.
13-Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?
I am highly active, especially during vacations, and can dedicate significant time to testing. I am willing to test repeatedly, provide detailed feedback, and work closely with developers to improve features before release.
