i am mostly active 5hr+ and approx 10hr in weeokends

i haven't been staff in any server except for now i am ingame BetaTester where i realized  i could contribute for server as discord staff too.

8)What moderation experience do you have?

i dont have moderation experience. However, i have well observed and experienced moderating minecraft servers and in discord.

9)How would you handle an angry or frustrated user?

i would be calm and try to understand about his reason and will try to resolve personally while keeping in mind about rules.

10)A user is spamming in multiple channels. What would you do?

I would warn the user calmly, remove the spam where necessary, and if they continue,i would mute according to the server rules.

11)Two members are arguing and insulting each other. How would you resolve the situation?

I would ask both members to stop, Try to separate the argument if needed, remind them of the rules, and take appropriate action if they dont stop.

12)What would you do if another staff member broke the rules?

I would respectfully remind them about the rule they broke. If they don't correct it or it's a serious issue, I would report it to senior staff and let them handle the final decision

13)Why do you want to become a staff member?

I want to contribute to the server by helping players, resolving issues professionally, and creating a friendly and enjoyable environment for everyone.

14)How would you assist a user who is confused about a service or process?

i would explain in detail but simple way so user can get rid of confusion and then try to end conversation.

15)Are you involved in any other staff teams?

i am involved in BetaTesters staff team since few weeks.

I have well communicating skill and i am a fast learner, dedicated, active, and always willing to contribute. I enjoy working with communities and improving user experiences as soon as possible.

• Experience Requirement: Because of the volume of support requests we handle, we are currently prioritizing candidates who already have a strong foundation in community moderation.

• Timezone Capacity: Our staff roster for the GMT+5 / GMT+5:30 regional timezone is currently at full capacity. We are heavily prioritizing applicants who can cover our less active hours.
